Bar & Block Division

ALPMA block cutters always do a good job no matter whether they are in front of a slicing, portioning or grating machine. 

Exact pre-division, for example of film-ripened Gouda into bars, is a decisive pre-requisite for economic further processing into portions or slices.

KSA 100

The universal cutting machine with integrated turntable divides your large cheese loaves into bars as well as into ready-for-sale segments.

PT IV/Basic

Cutter II

The HT II allows you to cut your cheese both quickly and simply into ready-for-sale portions or in preparation for further processing by subsequent cutting lines. Changeable cutting tools make it a universal cutting machine. Two-handed operation.

Cutting of Cubes

Cube Cutter CC Flex

Precise cubes for challenging cheese consistencies. The portions are placed manually onto the infeed belt and transported to the cutting mesh while fixed between the upper and lower belt. The portions which have been pre-cut lengthways in the cutting mesh are then cut into cubes by the cutting wire.

Cube Cutter CC 1000 

In combination with the portion cutter CUT 32, cubes are cut from fixed-weight slices.

Vestor II/S

The vertical accumulation system with up to 40 storage spaces ensures continuous operation of the cutting line and its subsequent flow wrapping machine.

Accumulation Roller Conveyor SRF 

For the accumulation and continuous infeed of portions via a driven roller conveyor with accumulation function, e.g. between a cutting machine and a packaging machine.

Accumulation Belt SB 230/12 

Contact-free accumulation and synchronisation between the cutting machine and the continuously-operating packaging machine.

Transport Belt 

Where hygiene is decisive. Made of stainless steel of course, and with no hidden edges. The belt is easy to remove and clean.
The ALPMA belts are available in three different widths and twelve standard lengths. Special dimensions are produced to order.

Curved Belt 

Hygienic cornering. The trick: this belt can also be removed in a matter of seconds without the aid of tools

Cutting of Round Cheese

ALPMA offers tailor-made solutions for the cutting of round cheeses, either with or without center cut-out and/or separation for subsequent further processing. 

In doing so, ALPMA’s cutting technology manages to shape the most diverse of products – from very soft to hard.

Robot Technology

SC 70

Gentle cutting technology for the processing of Brie wheels. The segments are divided individually, separated and aligned before being transferred to the subsequent packaging machine

SC 60

Precise cutting technology for the division of pre-selectable segments – from creamy Gorgonzola to savoury mountain cheese. The separation of the portions is carried out manually. 

SC Basic

Starting with pre-divided crescent-shaped portions, every conceivable division can be carried out individually and gently. The segments are then separated and aligned before being transferred to the subsequent packaging machine.

MultiCUT 

Multi conveyor cutting technology based on the proven individual cut method used by the CUT 32. 

CS 60 

CS 60 cutting lines enable the cutting of extremely soft cheeses, such as Italian Crescenza, into equal-weight portions.

Infeed Devices

Different cheese shapes and portion sizes need individual infeed systems.

Infeed System ER 10 

For optimum yield, combine your cutting machine with a fully automatic synchronization in order to continuously feed your deep drawing machine. Capacity: up to 10 infeed cycles per minute.

Belt Infeed

The belt infeed transfers the products to the deep drawing machine directly from the belt.

Robot System

Flexibility for precise infeed with a capacity of over 200 portions/min.

TURN II/S with Taring Station

This is the next logical step after any slicer. The portions which have been cut in a double shaft can be separated, turned and aligned as desired before being transported to the subsequent accumulation and packaging machines. The TURN II/S simultaneously takes care of the taring of portions with incorrect weights.

Cutting of Portions

ALPMA offers tailor-made solutions for the cutting of bars and portions, either with or without separation for subsequent processing.

From soft to hard – ALPMA’s cutting technology stands for precision and shapes products with the most diverse consistencies.

CUT 32

For the intelligent cutting of fixed-weight portions, each cut is calculated from the data of the weight and contour measurements by the density scanner DS 32 – even suitable for fermented holed cheese. Accessories such as the wedge blade enable wedge-shaped portions to be cut. For cheeses such as Stilton or Gorgonzola which would smear onto the blade, ultrasound technology is the best solution.

CUT25/HS

Dual-lane high-speed cutting line for the cutting of up to 240 fixed-weight portions/min.

CombiCUT

Cutting machine for cheese bars and halved cheese loaves in one machine.

Servo drives enable the individual adjustment for various products and a fast format change within 5 min.

CUT Basic

Smaller batches are cut economically. Various cutting programmers enable optimum and simple cutting of the bars into the desired portion size.
