A TOP HEAD MODULE can be installed on shrink film + tray wrapping machines and on tray packers (IF PRE-ARRANGED), integrating the functions of a wrap-around machine.
The application of this handle makes it possible to obtain two types of different packaging on a single machine for containers of various types, shapes, and materials (such as brik® type products, cans, bottles, flasks, multi-packs, jars, etc.).
In the tray former machines+ film, the cardboard die cut, is bent and wrapped around products by means of special guides positioned in the lower part of the machine through side and front flap folding devices.
This module KIT includes the application of guides, rollers, and cylinders positioned in the top part of the machine, symmetrically to the lower folding area, allowing folding and gluing of the cover or the upper flaps for the complete wrap-around box.
In the kit is included the unit with hot melt glue applicator for an excellent package sealing.
A VERTICAL INTERLAYER INSERTION MODULE allows the insertion of a vertical layer between two rows of containers of various types, shapes and materials (products such as brik® type products, cans, bottles, flasks, multi-packs, jars, etc.), giving vertical support to the package in palletising and storage.It can be installed on all shrink film packaging machine models and wrap-around cardboard packers, as well as on combined machines, both in single and double lanes and on cardboard packers with integrated handle applicator.Furthermore, in case of brik® type products with caps packed in film only, the application of this module is an efficient solution where the attention to the cost of packaging is crucial, providing a possible alternative to wrap-around offering a guard support to caps for storage on pallets.
A MULTI-LAYER STACKING MODULE allows the stacking of containers of various types, shapes and materials (products such as brik® type products, cans, bottles, vials, multi-packs, jars, etc.) on two or more layers packed in film only, tray, flat cardboard pad or in wrap-around.
This module can therefore be installed on all shrink film packaging machine and wrap-around cardboard packers, as well as on combined machines and on cardboard packers with integrated handle applicator, both in single and double lanes.
It consists of a stacking device with different properties and technical characteristics, depending on the machine model and the type of product handled. The sizes that can be processed vary depending on shape, capacity and size of containers.
A PROMOTIONAL FLYER INSERTION MODULE allows the insertion of promotional and/or advertising flyers in a position selected by the Customer inside shrink wrapped packs of containers of various types, shapes and materials (products such as brik® type product, cans, bottles, flasks, multi-packs, jars, etc.). To allow the immediate viewing by Consumers.
This module can only be installed on all shrink film packaging machines.
Application of this module is an effective mktg strategy solution where attention to the cost of packaging is crucial, providing a possible alternative to printed film.
A ROTATION MODULE, upstream of machine in-feed, allows a 180° rotation of brik® type products of various shapes on their own axis, in such a way as to direct the product to the desired positioning inside the pack. The application of this module is an effective solution for the positioning of packages in the required direction.
It can be installed on all shrink film packaging machines and wrap-around packers for brik® type product with cap processing, as well as on combined machines, both in single and double lanes and on cardboard packers with integrated handle applicator.
It can be applied to our packaging machines in the basic version to rotate always the products with caps or with the by-pass option which allows the rotation or not of the brik® type product according to the specific necessity. Application of this module is an effective mktg strategy solution where attention to container positioning has a visual impact on the pack (showing of labels in their final positions in the most attractive way to consumers) or where practical marketing requirements must be met (hiding bar codes to avoid reading by optical pens).
A MODULE FOR THE PACKAGING IN FILM ONLY can be installed on shrink film + tray wrapping machines, offering the possibility to obtain two types of separate packagings with a single machine.
In fact, this fully automatic solution allows, according to Customer needs, the packaging of containers of various type, shape and material (products such as brik® type product, cans, bottles, flasks, multi-packs, jars, etc.) in both film + tray and in film only.
A conveyor belt automatically inserts itself in the cardboard forming lines, transporting the product to the shrink wrapping area, by-passing the cardboard forming lines, without modifying any of the machine dimensions.
Application of this module provides an economically advantageous and technically innovative solution, considering that the alternative for the processing of these packaging solutions would be the use of two different machines.
A MODULE FOR ¼ EURO PALLET – ½ EURO PALLET AND COMPLETE EURO-PALLET FORMATION can be applied on shrink film + tray wrapping machines and all wrap-around packers as well as on combined machines; both in single and double lanes, for the packaging of containers of various types, shapes, and materials (products such as brik® type product, cans, bottles, flasks, multi-packs, jars, etc.).
In addition to traditional cardboard boxes/trays or shrink film bundles (with tray), the application of this module also allows the formation of so-called 'display pallets', such as large corrugated cardboard trays with dimensions equal to 1/4 Euro-pallet - 1/2 Euro-pallet – complete Euro-pallet.
This module provides an economically advantageous and technically innovative solution!
In fact the only possible alternative solutions for the processing of these packages would be the use of two different machines:
• one for the formation of cardboard boxes or shrink wrapped bundles with trays in traditional formats of 6, 12, 15 and 24 pieces;
• and the second, to pack the smaller shrink wrapped bundles in larger ones by ¼ and 1/2 of a pallet or in complete Euro-pallet trays.
MODULE FOR UPPER 'OVERFLAP' APPLICATION ON TRAYS can be installed on tray and wrap-around packers and on shrink and tray wrappers (IF PRE-ARRANGED), thus integrating the possibility to obtain two types of different packaging on a single machine for containers of various types, shapes, and materials (products such as brik® type products, cans, bottles, flasks, multi-packs, jars, etc.).
In the tray former machines, the cardboard die cut is bent and wrapped around products by means of special guides positioned in the lower part of the machine through side and front flap folding devices.
This module KIT includes the application of guides, rollers, and cylinders positioned in the top part of the machine, symmetrically to the lower folding area, allowing folding of the overflap:
• - If applied on tray packers, it permits the boxing of products in trays including upper overflaps for a better product protection;
• - If applied on wrap-around packers, it allows as an alternative, the packaging of product in trays with top overflaps with a considerable savings on material;
In the kit is included the unit with hot melt glue applicator for an excellent package sealing.
A MODULE FOR COVER APPLICATION On TRAY could be applied on Tray former machines and complete wrap around machines (if PRE-SET) allowing the application of a top cover glued on a package consisting of an open top tray filled in with products.
The module is made up of a cover storage magazine, an automatic feeding, a glue application unit (connected to the main machine unit), and an automatic closing system.
A MODULE FOR PARTITION BOARDS INSERTION can be installed on wrap-around packers, both in single and double lane, for the packaging of containers such as bottles, flasks, and jars normally in particularly delicate materials (for example glass containers).
his device inserts pre-assembled flat cardboard partitions inside cardboard boxes so to protect products from damage and breakage and to preserve labels from possible abrasions.
The device is made up of a robotic arm, which picks up partitions by means of suction cups, and of a storage magazine for pre-assembled partitions.
The arm picks up a pre-assembled partition from the storage magazine, opens it and deposits it top load between the underlying containers, before they are grouped into the desired configuration. Simultaneously, a cardboard die cut coming from the cardboard storage area is wrapped around the product by means of the corresponding guides, so to create a closed box.
